We regularly train our factory staff on social labor standards and send some of them to Chinese factories for exchange training in order to improve the coordination of our internal operations and the basic quality of our staff. At the same time, we provide our employees with satisfactory compensation and benefits.
We also provide our employees with free medical checkups every year and conduct regular fire drills to raise their safety awareness and safeguard their health.

After work, we attach great importance to the spiritual construction of our employees. We will organize volleyball matches, soccer matches and other sports competitions to enrich their spare time activities. Not only that, we also set up a children's playground for employees to bring their children to play for free on weekends.
